pgforecast provides sports analysis, match predictions, news, and related content through our mobile application and website. Our predictions are based on statistical analysis and AI algorithms but are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Premium access to pgforecast requires a one-time payment of ₦1,000 (One Thousand Naira). By making this payment, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount at the time of purchase.
• Receive lifetime access to all premium features as available at the time of purchase.
• Our 30-day refund policy for eligible refund requests.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content, including predictions and analysis, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions or content. Sports predictions involve inherent uncertainty, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

pgforecast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
